Terms and Conditions:

Late booking: Reservations booked less than 7 days prior to departure will be charged a late booking fee of R250.00. The total price is due immediately on confirmation and is non-refundable.

Amendments: A charge of R200.00 will be made for each alteration made to a reservation after confirmation has been sent or if pre-issued vouchers or documentation are required to be re-issued or refunded. If air tickets are required to be re-issued, a fee determined by the airline will be charged.

Cancellation and curtailment:

Land Arrangements: In the event of passengers cancelling their reservation for any reason, such cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made within the following deadlines:

> 45 days prior to departure ...25% of the total tour price

> 15 - 44 days prior to departure...40% of the total tour price

> 8 -14 days prior to departure...60% of the total tour price

> Within 7 days of departure...100% of the total tour price

> For peak season travel (20 December – 4 January) 1 - 45 days prior to departure...100% of the total tour price

Air Arrangements: Cancellation fees apply once air tickets are issued. These fees are from 25% - 100% dependant on the airline and air ticket issued.

Refunds and unused services: No refunds will be made for no-shows or any unused services irrespective of whether they form part of the basic inclusive tour or whether they are in respect of pre-booked optional arrangements.

Insurance: We strongly advise clients to take out insurance against illness, cancellation, curtailment, default & loss of baggage at the time of making the reservation.

Itinerary alterations: The Company reserves the right to cancel the itinerary prior to departure in which the entire tour price paid by the client will be refunded without prejudice & further obligation on the part of the company.

Delays: The company does not hold itself responsible, nor can it be held responsible for any delays prior to departure or during the course of a tour mentioned in our brochure brought about by technical difficulties, weather conditions, or any other circumstances whatsoever whether foreseen or unforeseen. It is understood that any expenses due to unscheduled extensions (e.g. hotels, meals, airfares, telephone calls etc.) will be for the clients account.

Travel documents: Documentation is only prepared on receipt of full & final payment.

Travel Declarations: The Company requires that all foreign payments made on behalf of the client must be deducted from the client’s foreign exchange allowance. A currency declaration to this effect must be lodged before final documentation can be released.

Passports, Visas, Vaccinations, Inoculations and Re-entry visas: The responsibility to obtain correct & valid passports, visas we recommend the service of Rose for visas who do most visas but not to all destination at a cost or you clients can apply for themselves, vaccinations, inoculations & re-entry permits where required is that of the client alone. The company will not be held responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the client failing to comply with such requirements.

Following departure: Amendments & all cancellations en-route must be made with our overseas operators directly. Please note that en-route cancellations & amendments may incur additional fees as determined by our overseas operators, the cost for which must be settled with our operators directly.

Liabilities: The Company makes every effort to ensure all arrangements and services connected with your tour will be carried out as specified in the most efficient way possible. However we do not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers & whilst they are in all cases selected with the utmost care we do not accept liability for errors, omissions & failure to provide service.

Responsibility: The company acts as an agent only, in producing and operating the tours & arrangements featured in our brochure and on condition that it shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any other irregularity that may be occasioned by any defect in any vehicle or other form of conveyance or error or default or any company or person engaged in conveying passengers carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise in connection therewith. Carriage by air is subject to the terms & conditions of the applicable carrier.

Airline information: A baggage allowance of 20kg per person is permitted in economy class & 30kg in business class, on international flights. Clients are reminded that they are responsible for reconfirmation of return flights within 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of a flight reservation by the airline.

General information: The Company cannot be held responsible for any charges that appear on a clients credit card, nor responsible for having any of these charges reversed or corrected on the clients return to South Africa.

Parents must produce an unabridged birth certificate and a valid passport for each child travelling.

If travelling with one Parent you must produce an unabridged birth certificate,a valid passport,death certificate,affidavit confirming absent parent has given permission for the child to travel.
